Team schedules added
This feature has been in the planning stages for a while. When I noticed that people searching Google for team schedules were finding my site — which didn’t have team schedules — I thought it would be best to give them what they were looking for.
In case you haven’t noticed just yet, there is a new link in the navigation bar called “Schedule”. This will take you directly to the schedule page — obviously enough — that lists all the remaining games in the season.
The functionality behind this page is an upgraded version of the “Next Game” feature in the sidebar. The schedule page defaults to show the Calgary Roughnecks schedule. To view any other teams schedule it’s as easy as clicking on the team name in the schedule list.
At this point I’ve decided to only show upcoming games in the schedule. The NLL schedule shows all games and I find it a bit of a pain to have to scroll halfway down the page — or more — before I can find the next game for whatever team I’m looking for. The schedule on NLL.com is also a little bit harder on the eyes than mine but that’s just my personal opinion.

Anyway to download the schedule in the future? Perhaps a shared iCal thingy or something?

Maybe. Just maybe something like that. There are many different directions and additions that can be made from here on. I just wanted to get the base ready and available for everyone to enjoy.
